Privacy Policy
Lee & Gen Global Corp. ("we," "us," or "our") operates IWORLD US APPS, including Friday and other applications that identify this policy as their privacy policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use those applications and connect external services. Features and integrations vary by application; the descriptions below apply only to the features you use and permissions you grant.
Information we collect
We collect account information, such as your name and email address, and content you provide through our applications, including tasks, workspace information, files, and meeting content.
When you connect a Google account, we access information according to the permissions you approve and the features you use:
- Google Calendar: Event details, including titles, descriptions, dates, times, and attendees, to display, synchronize, and manage events.
- Google Drive and Docs: File information and document content to search, import, and, when you grant the required permissions, create or modify documents.
- Gmail: Email information and content to support email features, including reading messages, preparing drafts, and sending messages when you request those actions.
- Google Meet: Meeting information and available transcripts to support meeting imports, summaries, and follow-up tasks.
We store authorization tokens that allow our applications to maintain your connection without requiring you to sign in each time. We do not receive or store your Google password.
How we use information
We use information to provide the features you enable, maintain connected services, support collaboration, respond to support requests, and protect the service. Connected Google information is used to provide the user-facing features described in this policy. It is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Workspace sharing
Content you add or share in a workspace may be available to other members according to the workspace's permissions. Sharing a calendar event or importing a document or meeting summary can create a separate copy within the application. Disconnecting an external account does not necessarily delete content previously imported or shared in a workspace.
Service providers and AI features
We use service providers to operate our applications, including Supabase for Friday's backend services and OpenAI for AI-assisted features. Relevant information is processed by providers as needed to deliver those services.
When you use an AI feature, relevant content may be sent to the AI provider to perform that feature, such as preparing a meeting summary or assisting with a requested task. The content depends on the feature and may include connected-service information. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or as necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. We limit access and disclosure of that data to permitted purposes, such as delivering requested features, addressing security issues, and complying with applicable law.
Retention and deletion
We retain information as needed to provide the service and for applicable security, operational, or legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of information, the features you use, whether the content remains in an active workspace, and applicable legal obligations.
You can request deletion of your account and associated information by contacting us. Some information may remain in shared workspaces, backups, or records we must retain by law. We will explain applicable limitations when responding to your request.
Your choices
You can choose which integrations to connect and disconnect them in the application. You can also revoke access through your Google Account's third-party connection settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access through that connection. To request deletion of information already stored in our applications, contact us.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
Security
We use safeguards intended to protect information and restrict access to authorized users and systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Applications with additional data practices must disclose them in an applicable notice or policy update.
